Potato Scooper 5SZ-40

This is a device suitable for conveying and unloading potatoes in fields and warehouses.

This machine can transfer and convey potatoes from warehouses or fields. It can be connected to other conveyor equipment at the rear. Its unique rotating chassis design, 

electrical design, and telescopic structure ensure stable operation and comprehensive functionality.

effectively ensuring human and machine safety.

Machine Structure:

The 5SZ-40 potato unloading machine mainly consists of a feeding device, a telescopic conveyor, a rotating chassis, and an electrical control system.

Working Principle:

Move the entire machine to the warehouse or field work area (at this time, the equipment is not powered on, the front casters are raised, and the rotating chassis is not 

connected). Place the rotating chassis in the working position, and operate the jacks of the retractable conveyor to engage the grooves of the metal wheels with the chassis.

Select and connect the power port to the desired work location. Attach the conveyor belt to the rear of the machine and adjust its orientation.

Before operation, ensure all equipment on the entire conveyor line is ready to work. Position this machine at the front and start all equipment sequentially from back to front. 

Start the machine's conveyor motor to put the entire machine into operation.

The operator sits in the machine's seat and uses the control handle to extend, rotate, and load potatoes via the conveyor belt to the target location.

The operator can move the machine short distances according to the potato stacking arrangement until loading is complete.
