After potatoes are transported by the conveyor system, the cleaning conveyor distributes them evenly on both sides via a central baffle.

Workers on both sides pick out small or damaged potatoes and place them into the central baffle according to sorting needs. Debris and stones are conveyed to the debris 

conveyor belt through the left and right feeding holes.

The upper conveyor has a mesh screen structure, and falling dirt and other impurities also fall onto the lower debris conveyor belt, ensuring that the materials from the 

central baffle, debris conveyor, and main conveyor belt are transported separately, achieving the sorting purpose.

The unique conveyor design, lifting structure, central baffle, and electrical design ensure stable operation and comprehensive functionality of the cleaning conveyor.

When used in conjunction with other sorting equipment manufactured by our company, this equipment can achieve inter-equipment control, improving work efficiency and 

effectively ensuring human and machine safety. The equipment is simple to operate, practical, and efficient.

Machine Structure:

Mainly assembled from the upper conveyor, debris conveyor, moving device, central baffle device, side feeding devices, pedal device, lifting device, and electrical system.

Working Principle:

The entire machine is moved to the field or warehouse work area by a traction device. Using two casters and two tires, the machine is manually moved and its position 

adjusted to bring the cleaning machine into the working position.

By operating the four lifting outriggers, the cleaning machine is adjusted to a suitable height and angle with the preceding and following equipment; the upper conveyor's 

limit plates are released, the upper conveyor is adjusted to the appropriate front-to-back position, and the limit plates are tightened.

Operating the buttons/knobs on the control box, the upper conveyor belt and the lower debris conveyor are started respectively, and the conveying speed of the upper 

conveyor is adjusted as needed.

Sorting personnel on both sides stand on the platform, and the sorting work begins. The sorting personnel convey materials through the sorter, achieving three-way 

transport: upper conveyor, debris conveyor, and intermediate baffle, until the sorting work is completed.
