Potato Belt Conveyor 5S2-80-8.5

After being cleaned or transported by other equipment, potatoes are conveyed to other locations via a double-layer potato conveyor.

This equipment features two dual-speed electric rollers, a front and rear liftable base, a unique tensioning driven wheel, and a steering wheel, making it simple to operate, convenient, practical, stable, and efficient.

When used in conjunction with other sorting equipment manufactured by our company, this equipment can achieve online control, improving work efficiency while effectively ensuring the safety of personnel and machines.

Machine Composition:

The 5S2-80-8.5 double-layer potato flat conveyor mainly consists of upper and lower conveyor frames, a lifting base, electrical controls, electric rollers, tensioning driven wheels, inlet and outlet buffer devices, and a telescopic frame.

Working Principle:

This machine is equipped with eight swivel casters with brakes and two steering casters. Before operation, it can be easily moved to the work site. After observing the positions of the upstream and downstream equipment that will connect with the double-layer conveyor, extend the upper and lower layers through the connection points.

By adjusting the height of the front and rear lifting bases, adjust the inlet and outlet of the double-layer conveyor to a suitable height and angle.

After connecting with the upstream and downstream equipment, connect the power supply and press the start button. The conveyor motor will start running, and the entire machine will be in standby mode.

After potatoes are transported by cleaning or other conveying equipment, they fall into the receiving hopper on the upper layer of the double-layer conveyor. The potatoes are then transported to the target location via the upper and lower conveyor belts.
