Potato Loading Conveyor 5SZC-60

The 5SZC-60 potato loading machine is a device suitable for loading potatoes onto trucks in the field.

After the potatoes are transported by a conveyor, the loading machine evenly distributes them throughout the truck. Its unique chassis design, 

telescopic structure, hydraulic system, and electrical design ensure stable operation, comprehensive functionality, and automatic sensor control, 

resulting in high safety.

When used in conjunction with other sorting equipment manufactured by our company, this machine can achieve coordinated control, improving work 

efficiency while effectively ensuring the safety of both operators and workers.

This equipment is simple to operate, practical, and efficient, suitable for loading large trucks, and achieves optimal equipment utilization.

Machine Structure:

The 5SZC-60 potato loading machine mainly consists of a counterweight base, telescopic arm, conveyor device, hydraulic system, and electrical 

control system.

Working Principle:

The entire machine is moved to the field work area by a traction device, positioning the loading machine in the working position, and then the power is 

connected.

Select and connect the power port to the desired working position. First, operate the lifting outriggers at the traction unit to ground the chassis, then 

adjust the truck position according to the machine's location.

Operate the buttons on the remote control handle to control conveying, lifting, two-arm extension, and three-arm extension, putting the machine into a 

ready-to-work state.

After the potatoes are transported by the cleaning and conveying equipment, they fall into the receiving hopper of the loading machine. The conveyor 

belt then stacks the potatoes to the target location.

The operator adjusts the conveyor speed and the extension/retraction position of the telescopic arms according to the stacking of potatoes in the truck. 

Control the operating handles until the entire truck is loaded.
