Potato Double Belt Conveyor 5S2-60-8

After being cleaned or transported by other equipment, potatoes are conveyed to other locations via a double-layer potato conveyor.

This equipment features two dual-speed electric rollers, front and rear adjustable bases, a unique tensioning driven wheel, and steering wheels, making 

it simple to operate, convenient, practical, stable, and efficient.

When used in conjunction with other sorting equipment manufactured by our company, this equipment enables interconnected control, improving work 

efficiency while effectively ensuring operator and machine safety.

Machine Composition:

Mainly composed of a frame, front and rear bases, electrical control box, electric rollers, tensioning adjustable driven wheels, and electrical connectors.

Working Principle:

The machine is equipped with eight braked swivel casters and two steering wheels, allowing for easy movement to the work site before operation.

After observing the positions of the preceding and following equipment that will connect to the double-layer conveyor, extend the upper and lower layers 

through the connection points.

By adjusting the height of the front and rear lifting bases, adjust the inlet and outlet of the double-layer conveyor to a suitable height and angle.

After connecting with the upstream and downstream equipment, turn on the power, press the start button, and the conveyor motor will start running, 

putting the entire machine into a standby state.

Potatoes, transported by cleaning or other conveying equipment, fall into the receiving hopper on the upper layer of the double-layer conveyor. They are 

then transported to the target location via the upper and lower conveyor belts.
