During operation, potatoes enter the primary screen through the digging mechanism. By adjusting the height of the vine net, the vines are smoothly
fed into the primary vine-pulling roller. The vine-pulling roller can be adjusted in height and spacing to meet the weeding needs of different
environments, while avoiding clogging or trapping potatoes.
The potatoes enter the secondary screen, where larger weeds have already been removed. The remaining smaller vines are then screened by
the secondary vine-pulling roller. The primary and secondary vine-pulling rollers complement each other in their effectiveness.
The potatoes then enter the multi-stage spiral roller weed remover. This section is the core area for impurity removal. Multiple hollow
polyurethane spiral rollers and a smooth shaft are arranged sequentially.
Their texture and clamping action remove impurities from the potatoes. This hydraulically driven section allows for flexible control of the entire
structure's angle and the relative positions of the spiral and smooth rollers, including height and gap adjustment, controlling the flow of potato
material and impurity separation.
Precise hydraulic adjustment of the individual speeds of the spiral and smooth rollers allows for instantaneous reversal to resolve issues such as
jamming or blockage.
The separated potatoes then enter a circular lifting device via a distribution system. This compact design lowers the equipment's center of gravity
and improves stability.
