Machine Composition:


The 4UZ-100 self-propelled potato harvester's control system consists of a control handle, display instruments, controller, and sensors. It allows 

operators to control the machine and displays its operating status (such as engine speed, water temperature, battery charge, and operating time).


The self-propelled potato harvester is tracked, integrating the power system and the walking system. The walking system features continuously 

variable transmission (CVT), allowing adjustment of the machine's operating speed according to the user's harvest volume.


The digging device uses a hydraulic cylinder folding mechanism for easy machine transport.


The 4UZ-100 self-propelled potato harvester's walking and conveying systems are entirely hydraulically driven, utilizing hydraulic valves, hydraulic 

motors, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic accessories to operate the machine.


This product employs a two-stage conveyor screen structure. The first stage is used for digging, vibration, and soil separation, while the second stage 

screen is used for manual picking. The conveyor screen is hydraulically driven, protecting the toothed belt and allowing for stepless speed adjustment.


This product can accommodate 6-8 people for potato picking and includes a designated storage space.


Working Principle:


During operation, the digging device, driven by depth-limiting wheels, digs along the ridges. The digging shovel scoops the mixture of crop, soil, and 

weeds into the first-stage screen. The first-stage screen has two vibrating structures that can be adjusted as needed. There is a seat on each side of 

the first-stage screen for the pickers.


When the material reaches its highest point, it enters the second-stage conveyor system. Three seats are installed on each side of the second-stage 

screen for the pickers to collect the potatoes. The pickers place the clean potatoes into plastic boxes or woven mesh bags. Weeds and stones on the 

conveyor belt fall off the screen and are collected at the rear of the machine.


An empty plastic box mounting rack is installed at the rear of the machine.


The 4UZ-100 self-propelled potato harvester has the following advantages:
